History:

This castle was once the residence of the famous stubborn knight Götz von Berlichingen. The saying "Er kann mich im Arsche lecken" (kiss my ass) is attributed to this man with an Iron Fist. There are few movies made about this dramatic character.

Museum:

Entrance to the museum is free. It is a very small one room museum, but it contains very interesting historical pieces. The Iron First worn by the knight Götz von Berlichingen is too displayed there.
